Adoption in Illinois
I voluntarily surrendered my son to DCFS and allowed him to be adopted. They used an agency and I was not given any info on the adoptive parents. Am I entitled to non-identifying information regarding the adoptive parents?

Unlikely. You gave up all your rights, and therefore you have no rights. Probably in the best interest of the child for you to allow everyone involved to move on.
