adoption/guardianship?

what do i do to get custody of my nephew. He was adopted and has ran away serveral times he wants to be with his aunt. his adopted mother will give up all rights

If both you and your wife wish to adopt the child, it can be done, its called a related adoption. It is not a simple process, and you need to have a law firm that focuses on family law (such as ours) to prepare the paperwork and go through the steps. Of course it is much easier to do this when the mother is willing to sign away her rights.
