Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What if your adult son or daughter brings home a friend that you do not approve of nor want in your house (which you own), can the parents keep them out of the house or do the parents have to let that friend of the adult child enter the house?

You certainly have the right to determine who is in your house. If, after asking him or her nicely to leave, he or she fails to do so, you can ask the police to remove the individual.
