I am home schooling mother of 3 children under the age of 8 in IL. 7 marriage. My husband had an affair with a woman in MO that was publicized on the internet. They both had online journals. His slandered my name; hers posted details about their affair and engagement with pictures. He has given her money and they even have a cell phone plan together! He took my 3 children to his mistresses home. He put them in a room and closed the door while he was intimate her though out the night. While at home he is constantly neglects his family. I fear the best interest of my children. It is to a point to where I do not want to leave them alone with him for fear of what they may be exposed to. They have expressed a deep dislike for the action of him taking them to her place. I have no income now. I am attending school. I have asked him to leave and he says he has no place to go. What should do to file a fault divorce, supervised visitation, a protection order against this woman, and him, Paying for a lawyer, and custody. I would like alimony in addition to child support. He told could not afford it. I wish to have the house, full custody, order of protection, alimony, and child support. Does this seem like something the courts would allow?

These are all things a court could order. However, you need to sit down and speak with an attorney regarding the issues presented.
