Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
HI . I am still asking for advice. so far some help. Since this started I have been living at home. With husband ,and our three daughters. My husband and I dont stay in same room. I sleep with 2 of our daughters. Yes my husband and I have been to court several times. Our daughters have gone to talk to there lawyer to. I do not stay overnight with my ( boyfriend).I have talked to lawyers about my situation.They just tell me we will see when court comes next. Which I will be gong in a few weeks. Repersenting myself. My husband does not go this time with me.My soon to be EX, said he does not want to talk about things.And he does not want to stay with me. He said sooner the better to be done, is good for him. More advice . PLEASE!!!!

My advice is the same as it has been "Find a Lawyer". You don't know what you are doing which is understandable and your husband is refusing to cooperate with you. You need someone representing you who can make your husband cooperate. This is the last time that I am going to respond to your questions. You want someone who knows nothing about you or your situation, to magically make it all better. That is not going to happen.
