what age can a child be prohibited to live in our home? ( kicked out for bad behavoir )

I am unaware of any legal age at which you can kick a child out. One could argue that it is 18, if you have custody. But reality says you can "surrender" the child to the other parent if they are willing to take the child.

You can put the "child" out at age 18. You no longer have any duty after that age to provide for the child. This, of course, assumes a 2 parent intact household.
