why should i agree wth my husband in court for visitation rights when i have had custody of my daughter for 11 months we have been seperated and there's an order of protection on him due to physical abuse and pornography addition is the main reason why i do not want his influence around her i do not want visitations unsupervised he had made 3 threats of leaving with her and i will never see her again why should i have to agree when he keeps ontesting isn't the mother supposed to get all the rights hafter an abuse marrige

You don't have to agree to anything. You can always go to trial and let the Judge decide. Bear in mind, however, that this can be expensive and you are not guaranteed to get what you want. Sometimes its best to work out something that both of you can live with rather than let a third party decide such personal issues.
