Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What should i do, i agreed to something in court, but when i received the copy of the papers that were filed by the other parties lawyer they were not the same thing i agreed to, i would like to know since i did not have a lawyer what can i do to change what he filed since they are not the same thing papers i have in my custody of the agreement i ok"ed

That is why pro se people ALWAYS fair poorly in custody disputes when matched against an attorney. Now you're going to get the 1-2 squeeze at your next court hearing (Likely by the judge & opposing counsel) to sign it and be done.

Since you've chosen to proceed without an attorney, one of two things will happen: 1) You settle for what was proffered, or 2) You go bankrupt trying to handle this on your own and end up settling for even less a few months down the road when the GAL bill comes due.
