agreed order

if i have an agreed order with a minor child out of state and is not following

the order at all what is the procedure

to do?

Hello. From your posting I suppose that you are explaining that you have an agreed order regarding your child out of state. If the other party is not abiding by the terms of the agreed order, you have the option of proceeding back into court against the other person on a motion for rule to show cause why the other person should not be held in contempt of court for violating the terms of the agreed order.
