Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

alienation of affections/criminal conversation

My wife of 1 year who is a nurse and has Bipolar Disorder went to work at a hospital where a Supervising Doctor began an affair with her. He has purchased expensive gifts and provided her a Porsche to drive. I was working out of town 6 days a week. I came home on a Thursday nite and found that she was living with him during the week and that he wanted her to get a divorce so they could be together.....he is 66 yrs. old and she is 45 yrs. old. During the affair she began seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist to help her find out what was wrong with her. She was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. The Doctor/ lover continued the affair even after he was told that she was Bipolar. He took advantage of his position as a Supervisor & doctor. She now wants a divorce and is living with him. I have been treated for depression since Nov. 2007 and have given up my job due to the depression. The affair was well known at the hospital and the Management did nothing to stop it even after my wife had to have her job assignments changed in order to accomodate her depression. The doctor/lover probably pulled strings because she was reassigned a position that did not include patient contact. I'd like to sue the doctor AND the hospital
