Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

are you allowed to write the judge a letter in family law case over its been 2 years and I cant get anyone to rule on my child support that my ex owes me. my lawyer keeps delaying me case and my ex husbands layers is doing the same and my kids are suffering. I cant provide for them alone.

No. The judge will not read the letter and it may well work against you.
