Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

can i get an annuliment?

I had dated a women for 5 years. After suspecting her of cheating we broke up for 4 months. Then we reunited she imformed me she was pregent by another man I still married her on Sept 18 2005. In january 2 2006 I decided to leave not thinking I could handle her having a child by this other guy. After I left we decided to try conceling at which time she reviled that she had been seeing this guy for a year. My question is can i still get an annullment due to the distress factor involed in this marrage?

Re: can i get an annuliment?

In order to file for an annulment, you have to file within the 1st 90 days after you've gotten married. You have to be careful. If the child is born during the marriage, the law presumes that the child is yours. Please call for an appointment.
