Is it possible to anull or vacate a divorce within the 30 days after it was signed by the judge? Is it only possible to appeal the divorce? My husband did not agree to the divorce but it was granted to me based on a default ruling due to the fact that he had not responded in time. Now we both want to anull or vacate the divorce. The 30 days will be up soon.

You can file a motion to vacate the divorce, but it should be filed within the 30 days, or it gets VERY complicated.
