Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

if someone is appointmet guardian of the estate and person, does that mean the other siblings have no say in the welbeing of the mother? I understand the 'estate' part but need a little clarification of the "and person" part of the appointment

That's exactly what it means. The guardian can allow you input but that doesn't mean that the guardian has to do what you want.
