Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Approximately 9 months ago a piece of property was released from an estate (that my wife inhereted upon her fathers death) and placed in my wifes name only. We are now considering a divorce of the marriage. Could this be considered joint property or do I have any rights toward the property or its value?

It is your wife's non-marital property if it is inherited and has been kept in your wife's name.
