It is not up to the Judge to do anything if your attorney caused you to lose benfits by failing to do something the Judge ordered. You should consult with and have your case reviewed by another attorney who will be able to advise you as to the best course of action. Most attorneys have professional liability insurance which might cover such a loss.

It is always your responsibility to bring any failure on the part of anyone to follow a court order. I would caution that you should speak to an attorney since what you may view as a violation of a court order may not actually be one.
