auto loan in my name

my soon to be ex has taken a car that was in my name and i would like to know what actions i can do legally to get the car as i said the car is in my name and the loan is in my name. she says she is going to keep it but doesn't have the means to refinance it in her name. i would like to sell the car and split what we get extra its worth 17 and we owe 14. i would appreciate any advice

I'm assuming that your "soon to be ex" is your wife. You weren't clear about that. In any property settlement she is entitled to a car if there are 2 cars. There are ways to deal with the title of the car. Hire a lawyer. he will be able to advise you in more detail.
