if my babys father takes me to court for visitation does he have to pay child support and what is visitation

whether he gets visitation or not he should be paying support. Visitation is somewhat fact-specific, depending on the age of the child and the maturity of the parties. A very young baby might allow for visitation in the mother's residence for a few hours a few times per week, and as the child gets older then more hours outside of the home, to build to overnight visitation.
