Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Back child support

I just had a DNA test on some kids that turns out to not be my kids, yet public aid is trying to still make me pay the back child support on the kids thats not mine.Question: how can I stop this, and can I file a lawsuit for slander, libel, Identity theft, or defamation. If not what can I do?

Re: Back child support

You cannot file a suit for anything, as none of things occurred to you. If you were are not the father, and need to go to court to fight the back support, that is a substantial legal issue, and you need to get an attorney for such matters. The state will not automatically remove your back support.
