Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

back in febuary me and my ex went to court to set up visitaion for our 2yr old boy . well in the papers we agreed on she was given full custude and i was given weekend visitaion . but ever since court i have had my son about 75 persent of the time and in the papers she was told she could not move out of state with out court ok and she just told me today that she has moved to kentucky and i live in IL . i have not been about to find any kind of work but with the grace of god and a lot of help from friends and family i have been able to take care of my son . my qestion is what should i do about my kids mom moveing out of state

Go back to court and ask for an order barring her from taking the kid out of state.
