Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Am I able to take back my ex husband to court for "Cost of living Expenses" ? I am still not employed since the divorce (3 years). I have been a full time student., unable to get a job.
Have not worked in 22 years ! was a homemaker for 4 Children.

If you waived maintenance in the MSA and the judgment so provides, you can not get support,. You may seek an increase in child support if you meet certain tests and his income has gone up. If it has not gone up, you can do nothing.
