biased judge

I have been ordered to pay over 50 percent of my income

for child support. i filed a motion to modify the judge flat out called me a liar in court without even looking at the eveidence in my case, i feel this judge is bias i know

i am allowed to switch judges one time in this case but how do i go about this also i need to file a motion to stop child support due to loss of my job how do i do this

Hello. I suggests that you get a lawyer. Do

not go to court trying to represent yourself.

If your funds are limited, there are a number

of legal aid agencies that can provide you with

help.
