Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Bigamist husband

I am in the middle of a divorce from my husband (I live in IL but we were married in GA). He just mentions to me that our marraige was never legal because he married a girl in 2000 and then we married in 2004. What do I do now???

Continue on with the divorce. The illegality lies with him, not you. He has committed a criminal offense. You are validly married to him.
