Bigamy
My wife and I have been separeted for over 1 year. I have not been in contact with her, she has since told me that she has remarried and we do not have a divorce yet. What are my options??

You need to find out if you are still married or if she got a divorce from you without telling you (not hard). If you are still married, get a divorce, and take charge of your marital status. No reason to put it off.
