Birth mother wants more time with 5yr old she left
My fiances ex left him and their 2yr old for a man she left online. She's seen him about 8 times since she took off and not she wants more time with him... but she has no perminante home ( she house hops from IL to TX with gentlemen friends.) Do we have to let her see him ( and with that transport him?)

Well, likely no unless there's a court order saying what rights/visitation that she's entitled too. If there's nothing you can probably just deny her. That said, if she wanted to pursue something in court she would likely get granted some visitation rights. What's happened in court so far? Is your fiance protected...i.e. is there a strong order that gives him custody?
