Can my boyfried live with me and my children

My boyfriend was convicted of criminal sexual assult. I know for a fact he did nothing, because i was married into the family. Can I get in trouble or lose my children by him living with me. I am desperate for help?

Yes, you can lose your children. The grounds would be that they are in an "injurious enviroment." This is especially true if he was convicted of an offense agaisnt a child. You should stop this conduct at once.
