me and my boyfriend are breaking up because we fight 24/7 he keeps saying he going to take the baby away from me im 5 months pregnant

He is saying that because he does not know the law. Make sure to move out and live away from him prior to the birth of the child. In those situations, the mother will lose custody (generally) only when she is really a bad person. Obviously I am generalizing. Let me know if you have more questions.
