If my boyfriend pays child support and the mother of his child tells him she is taking their son and moving to another state without him agreeing to it, what can he Iegally do to stop her? How can he seek for financial help?

He will have to go into court and ask the court to bar her from removing the child. Legally, she is supposed to get the permission of the court before leaving the state with the child, however, that doesn't always happen.
