Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My brother in law chose to leave his girlfriend of four years for another girl. Now they have a three year old daughter together. He was using heavy drugs for the first two years they were together causing him to get a criminal record and such. They had a written agreement that he would pay $75 every week for child support, and take his daughter every other weekend. They also had a verbal agreement thathe would not have this new girl around their daughter, but here it is time for him to get his daughter and he has not held up his end at all. So can he without going to court call the police and make them remove his daughter from his ex's house so he can see her?
