Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My brother lives with me and my family. His divorce papers gave custody of his two children 13 & 16 to their mother with him getting visitation every other weekend. The 16 year old is now living with us & her father upon the mother's request . Can my brother be at a risk of court trouble for doing this?

Your brother needs to hire an attorney and file a Motion to Modify the terms of the divorce judgment.
