Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

car payment

when my husband and i divorced it was in my papers that he had to pay for the saturn car that he was the primary signer on and i was a co-signer. Now after almost 2 years of not paying on it he expects me to pay half of what is left.

What are my options?

You need to go back to court and enforce the decree, i.e. have the judge make him pay it.
