Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Car Title in Divorce

Prior to divorce, my ex-husband and I were both listed on the title of one of our cars. In the property division of the divorce, I got one car and my husband got this car in question. Since divorce 4 years ago, my husband has failed to pay his portion of our joint debts outlined in the divorce agreement, leaving me to pay the debts which still had my name on them, or face marks on my credit record. He also filed bankruptcy which effectively removed his name from these joint debts. Now he wants to sell this car and needs me to sign the title so he can sell it. Can I withhold signing this, as--name removed--bargaining tool in attempt collect money owed me? Could he be held in contempt of court for not paying his share of the debts, which fell back on me?
