Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am looking for some case law for Illinois due to the fact my ex has taken me back to court for more money to pay for catholic school which I do not agree with and she has gone against my wishes and sent him anyways. She now wants me to pay for the schoolong which she would then get 40% of my pay, i cant afford this i have 2 other children i have to support.
