change name
is it legal to use your ex-husband last name if you didnt change you was married. THanks.

Sure. I'd say more often than not a person will NOT change their name following a divorce. The thing to watch out for more is if you DO want to change your name, make sure that it's in the Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage. If not, you need to file a whole separate name change case which gets expensive.
