change of property in final divorce decree

my ex wife was given a vehicle in the divorce which she was suppose to keep up payments on and then be given the title to after the vehicle is paid off. for two years now she has continued to make payments late, missed many payments, and is currently 3 months behind. the loan and the car are both still in my name and i am constantly being contacted by the loan company. this is also having a negative impact on my credit report. what recourse do i have, or what can i file to get her back into court to have the issue resolved?

Petition the divorce court stating that your ex is in violation of the divorce decree. Let the judge decide what happens
