changing fatherhood legally

Do I have a legal right to request a paternity test from the biological father of my 8 year old son, whose legal father is my husband of 20 years, which, I am positive. is not the biological father of my son ?

There is an assumption that a child born during the marriage is the child of the husband.

You can certainly file a petitioner to prove paternity.

If he is the real father he has a duty to support the child
