Do I have a legal right to request a paternity test from the biological father of my 8 year old son, whose legal father is my husband of 20 years, which, I am positive. is not the biological father of my son ?

There is an assumption that a child born during the marriage is the child of the husband.
You can certainly file a petitioner to prove paternity.
If he is the real father he has a duty to support the child

The short answer is yes. But I highly recommend you be careful about how you go about this, depending on your situation. For example, I cannot tell from your question the relationship between you and the two men involved nor your aim in taking this action
