Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

How can I go about changing a visitation schedule and support payments due to job change? I am also interested in changing the custody arrangement, as my former lawyer did not fully explain the details. I am at the mercy of my ex-wife when it comes to doctor, school, and medical expenses becasue she has sold custody.

A motion to modify visitation and child support. The devil is in the details however. I am sorry to hear you feel like your prior attorney did not explain things to you. The good news is child support is very straight forward, and visitation is presumed to be appropriate and liberal.
