Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

cheating husband

My husband is cheating but the only real proof I have are cell phone records. What do I need to prove it in court. Also, I am a full time college student, would I have a hard time getting custody of my son?

Re: cheating husband

You need something other than phone calls. If you suspect that he is cheating you may want to invest in a private investigator to get some proof, like photos.

As to your question of custody, the court looks to see who the primary caretaker of the child is. The court want to determine what is in the best interest of the child. Your status as a student really has nothing to do with these questions. I would ask that you contact me if you want to start your divorce case. I am experienced in this area of the law and can help you. Feel free to call me for a free consultation.
