Child abuse
My sister was accused of beating her five year old son at a clinic now its in her file that she beats her son. A social worker came by my house to talk to my family. My sister has two sons and our family knows that she has never beaten any of her kids. We want to sue that company can we?

Unfortunately you probably won't have much luck going after the company. The law is set up to encourage people to report abuse, so there is often blanket immunity for making a child abuse report. You are better off spending your time getting the accusation taken off of your sister's record.
If the company who reported your sister starts telling other people (besides the government) that your sister is an abuser, then you may have a claim.
