Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hello,
I recently found my son of 15 years..I think he is my son..however the mother states that he was legally adopted back in 1994 and the paternal rights was signed over by another man..Can this be done without a legal DNA?...

Re: child adoption
The father or mother must sign a waiver of parental rights to allow an adoption. DNA testing isn't nessessary. If you can prove a fraud then you might have a case. Please call for a free consultation.
