Getting child back

I'm the grandmother of a child that mother is currently in jail. The father is also in jail at the time and the father has not been proven to be the father. The child went over for visit and his family has refused to return the child and contact has been made with the child. The police has went over on three ocasion but the family continue to move the child and two nights ago I filled a child abduction report per the police station and still I have not heard anything from the police and (yes i have called the investigator and was told that I have to wait until they call me. Is there anything I can do right now until the investigator calls me back. I scared for this child.

You must hire an attorney and seek an order from the court for the return of the child that the police will move on. Please call for an appointment today.
