i want to know if my daughters father has rights to her if something would happen to me he is not on her birth certificate but we did do a dna test he has only seen her two times in her life and she will be two in december he has not seen her in over a year if he does have rights to her what do i have to do so if something happen to me he did not get her and if he would sign over his rights as a father would he still have to pay child support

In Illinois, even if he gives up his parental rights he still has to pay child support. If you don't want him to get your child if anything happens to you then make a will stating so. Designate a person you want to be guardian. Please call for an appointment.
