Child in College Ex wants support

My 20 yr old Daughter is in college. I have not been paying child support since she graduated 1 1/2 yrs ago. Daughter made loans to attend college 1 1/2 yrs ago and ex co-signed.

Got a letter from ex requesting that I now need to pay for 1/2 of all my daughters expenses and loan interest until she graduates. Am I responsible for this?

Re: Child in College Ex wants support

ONLY if you agreed to that in your Marital Separation Agreement. If it is silent on the issue, you have no obligation.
