child custady

i sighed over custady of my children till i could get my life together and now 2 years later i have it together but in ex inlaws wont give them back they say that it would hurt the kids because one has autisum. would i be able to get them back?? do i have a right to get them back?

There are a lot of factors that go into child custody decisions. You should sit down with an attorney and talk about your options. Unless there is some history of abuse, I would be very surprised if you cannot at least get regular visitation.
