Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

child custody

my boyfriend and his ex got divorced and she has full custody but they have more of joint custody visatation.They have been ordered that they cannot take him out of state (move, vacation, etc.)she is talking about getting married next month and trying to find away of moving out of state without notice we are getting this info. from a very reliable source what should we do?

Oh, that's a tough one. I'd say if you can get strong evidence that this is indeed going to happen, then you get into court and stop it and take custody of the child/children. If you have the evidence I surely know how to proceed, the difficulty is if you don't have any credible evidence a court likely can't do anything until after they're gone. If that's the situation just make sure you track where they're moving to.
