Child Custody
If a couple agree to changing custody of a child following a divorce is it necessary to engage a Lawyer or is it possible for them to change custody without the advise of a Lawyer??

It is always advisable to seek counsel on any legal issue, especially when dealing with any custody issues. An attorney can draft any Agreements or modified agreements that will be necessary to effectuate your agreement and will make certain that all issues are addressed with the change of custody so that no additional court visits would are necessary.
