child custody
Want custody of my daughter. Mother and i never married. No legal binding contract. Now she is demanding more child support. What do i do now?

Why do you want custody? The court will only change custody of the child if it finds that it is in the best interest of the child. And you not wanting to pay additional support will not count.

You say there is no legal binding contract, was there ever a paternity case brought in court? There is a specific amount based on your income as to what you should pay in child support.
