divorcing a sociopath and need to desparately protect my 10 month old - please help

If there is evidence that he is a sociopath, then you should consider a restraining order, or order of protection. If you just do not get along with the man, and you are mad at him, the court will not prevent him from seeing his child (assuming that is what you are after).
