child custody fraud
my ex-girlfriend lied to me about her son she said it was mine but later admitted it wasnt but couldnt hide the fact that he just kept getting darker we are both white but the baby isnt i signed the birth certificate how do I get my name off of it? please help

Hello. To protect your rights I believe you should file an action in paternity court asking that the court make a finding that you are not the biological father of this child. I have done this for a client before. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
