Child custody

I have full custody, my ex has every other weekend, he wants to move out of state and keep my child for the summer. what should i do, he is a convicted felone. can he get a court order and take him for the summer he wants to move to alababma i live in Illinois

What does the current child custody agreement say? Obviously, if it doesn't ay he can, he will have a hard time proving his case. And you need to make sure you contest any effort of his.
